DAY 1 - ARRIVAL IN NAIROBI, THE NAIROBI SERENA HOTEL
Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport - Nairobi on board flight…… at ……hrs. Someone will be waiting for you holding a placard written 'BB SAFARIS - KENYA'.
Drive from the airport to Nairobi Serena Hotel and check in. Rest of the day at leisure.
The Nairobi Serena is a beautiful garden hotel. From the rooms, one can view the modern skyline of Nairobi so beautiful especially at night.

DAY 2 - NAIROBI TO SAMBURU NATIONAL PARK (A PARADISE FOR BIRD VIEWING) (4 - 5Hrs)
After breakfast at Serena Hotel, drive North past the well caltivated farms of central province. Cross
the equator at Nanyuki, drive by the western side of Mt.
Kenya, then down to Isiolo and further to Samburu National
Park.
An afternoon game drive after lunch.

DAY 3 - SAMBURU NATIONAL PARK (A paradise for bird viewing)
This day is dedicated to early morning and late afternoon game viewing in Samburu National Park.
Samburu National Park is a rugged semi-arid park in the Northern Province of Kenya and covers
an area of 105 square kilometers north of the meandering Ewaso Ngiro river. The game reserve is renowned for its rare species of animals like the long necked gerenuk, gravy's zebra, reticulated giraffe, and the Beisa oryx. The leopard is a frequent visitor in this park and most evenings it pays a courtesy call to the lodges guests, this is a great photo session opportunity as you sip cocktails and watch an African sunset. The park has an abundant species of birds - ideal for Bird Watchers.

DAY 4 - SAMBURU NATIONAL PARK TO SERENA MOUNTAIN LODGE
(180KMS - 3 HRS)
Drive to Isiolo town which is 40kms away on rough dirt road, then through tarmac road by passing large wheat farms to Nanyuki town. Continue to the foot of Mount Kenya arriving at Serena Mountain Lodge for lunch.
The rest of the afternoon at the lodge.
Serena Mountain Lodge is located in the indigenous forest. On a clear day, you can see the jagged peaks of Mt. Kenya's summit through the trees. You can view the game in the comfort and privacy of your own room.
Game Seen: buffalo, elephant, rhino,
forest hogs, suni, red duiker, spotted hyena, genet cat,
and if you are lucky, a leopard or the big male lion who
makes his appearance every now and then.

DAY 5 - MOUNTAIN LODGE TO LAKE NAKURU NATIONAL PARK (200
KM - 4 HRS)
Drive along the Aberdares Ranges and down the Great
Rift Valley to Lake Nakuru Lodge for lunch with a brief break at the Thompson's falls Nyahururu.
Depart on an afternoon game drive.
Lake Nakuru National Park has more than 400 species of birds, many from Europe and East Asia. A shallow blue-green alkaline lake famous for its flocks of pink flamingoes.
This park has proven to be an excellent and safe sight for the
Rothschild giraffe and black rhino.

DAY 6 - LAKE NAKURU NAT. PARK TO MASAI MARA SERENA
LODGE (320KMS-5HRS).
Drive via Narok to Masai Mara Nat.
Reserve after an early breakfast, lunch at the Sarova
Mara Camp. Leisurely game drive on your way to Mara Serena Lodge late in the afternoon.
Enjoy a cool swim in the pool that has been positioned for a wonderful view of the jungle.

DAY 7 - MASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE
This day is reserved for game viewing in the vast Masai
Mara National Reserve.
Being the most popular game reserve in Kenya, masai mara is an
extension of the Serengeti
Plains in Tanzania, and
offers the best game viewing in Kenya. Yearly, millions of wildebeests migrate north
from the Serengeti Natinal Park in Tanzania to the green grass of the Mara, to do this, they must cross river Mara, this is an exciting experience that usually occurs between July
and August.
A visits to a Masai manyatta can be arranged.

DAY 8 - MASAI MARA TO NARIOBI (300KMS-5HRS).
After breakfast, drive back to Nairobi to arrive at around
1300hrs.
Depart for an afternoon sightseeing of Nairobi city after lunch. Take this opportunity to shop for jewelry, wooden carvings and many more items. Nairobi is a host of cultures.
Farewell dinner courtesy of Beach and Bush Safaris then final transfer to the airport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: -
1. WATER
In all the safaris, it is recommended that you use only
bottled water for drinking. You can use tap water for bathing and cleaning. The hotels and lodges have enough
bottled water and you can also purchase from local stores when you make short breaks while on the way.
2. WEATHER
From December to March, the weather is normally hot. The nights could
however be cool.
3. PHOTOGRAPHY
Photography is allowed in Kenya.
(The
animals get a daily wage for posing for the photos, so
we encourage you to take as many shots as you wish).
Seek permission first before taking photos of strangers or masai
herdsmen and women. Do not take photos of presidential motorcade, police officers or
military personnel. The driver cum guide assist you in advice on the above mentioned.
4. TIPPING
Tipping remains entirely on you should you feel like it.
5. DON'TS IN THE NATIONAL PARKS AND RESERVES
- Do not feed the animals.
- Do not litter. There are
litter bins at designated places or just leave your litter in the Safari Van.
- Do not alight from your tour van while in the parks except at designated
viewing points.
- Do not disturb animals, they have the right of way.
- Do not kill animals, poaching is illegal in Kenya.
- Do not throw cigarette butts in the parks, this might start a bush fire.
- Do not shout, play loud music in the park as this will keep away the animals.
